Sports Performance Group Training and Conditioning
Open To Everyone Ages 6-18
The participants will be grouped by age, gender, and ability.
- The design of SPTC is to improve the athlete's ability to play their sport at the highest level and significantly reduce their risk of injury.
- There are a lot of good athletes. The ones that train to improve their bodies have a distinct advantage!
- This program enhances Off-Season Improvements and In-Season Maintenance!
The Fitness Edge SPTC includes:
- Speed/agility
- Balance training

- Multidirectional strength
- Core strength, stability and rotational capabilities
- Functional training

Session Options
- 6 Sessions at $35 per session*
- 12 Sessions at $32.50 per session*
- 18 Sessions at $30 per session*
