Amanda Gallmeier - February 2010
Amanda Gallmeier was selected by the training staff at The Fitness Edge as client of the month for February 2010. Amanda trains with Tina Simmons and has been a client of The Fitness Edge for five months. In this time, Amanda has lost two pant sizes, decreased her body fat % by 7% while increasing her lean body muscle by 10 lbs and significantly toned her arms and back. Since day one, she has done everything right…changed her eating habits, maintained a consistent cardio program and pushes herself during every workout session. |

Doug Sansone - January 2010
Doug Sansone was selected by the training staff at The Fitness Edge as client of the month for January 2010. Doug trains with Mike Jaudes, Andy Kobe and Derek Fairchild and has been a client of The Fitness Edge for 10 years. Doug trains at a pinnacle level at every workout. His discipline to increase strength, size and definition is as much mental as physical. He sets his mind in a direction and completes the task. Even though Doug is humble and did not want to accept the award, he truly deserves it! |

Rob Rosenblum - DECember 2009
Rob Rosenblum was selected by the training staff at The Fitness Edge as client of the year for 2009. Rob began training with Brant Wilkins in the fall of 2008 in the hopes of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. Through hard work and discipline, Rob was not only able to attain his goal, he has transformed his body. In one year's time Rob has gone from 23% body fat with 142 pounds of lean body mass to 11% body fat with 148 pounds of lean body mass all the while besting personal records. We would like to congratulate Rob on a job well done! |

Pat McGuire - September 2009
Pat McGuire was selected by the training staff at The Fitness Edge as client of the month for September 2009. Pat trains with both Maureen McDermott and Brant Wilkins and has been a client of The Fitness edge for 20 years. Pat has lost 15 pounds, 15 inches and 5% body fat since April 2009. She continues to be consistent with her workouts and is always eager to learn more about nutrition and fitness and APPLY it. Pat always trained hard but she recently adopted and embraced The Fitness Edge nutritional lifestyle. She is very organized with her meals, eating smaller meals more frequently and has increased her protein intake. According to Pat “Nothing tastes as good as a size 0 feels!” |

Brian Frederickson - August 2009
Brian Frederickson was selected by the training staff at The Fitness Edge as client of the month for August 2009. Brian trains with Scott Gutherie. He came to The Edge with fitness goals that included being able to do 100 sit-ups in 2 minutes, 20 pull-ups, and to run 3 miles in under 18 minutes. When originally tested Brian could only do 50 sit-ups and 7 pull-ups, and his body fat was 16%. After three months of hard work he now regularly does between 108-121 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 13-14 pull-ups. As of December of 2009 his body fat is 9.3%. Also, and very importantly, Brian adheres to the game plan when he is not at The Edge by doing his cardiovascular workouts 4-5 times per week, and getting proper nutrition and rest. All these factors combine for the great results that everyone at The Edge has seen Brian achieve. |

Jennifer Lord - June 2009
Jennifer Lord was selected by the training staff at The Fitness Edge as client of the month for June 2009. Jennifer trains with Mike Jaudes and has seen a great deal of improvement in her short time at The Fitness Edge. Jaudes says that Jennifer came to The Edge with a mission. A plan and goals were in place to truly alter the look of her future. Yes she is pleased with more endurance, less stress, a lower resting heart rate and better posture, but most important to her is the change in her appearance. Thus far Jennifer has lost 34 inches and 17 pounds. She has remained focused on all the components combined to make the changes happen simultaneously. Periodization based resistance training, no excuse cardiovascular conditioning, diligent nutrition and food partitioning have all gotten her to where she is now. Congratulations Jennifer! |

Lynn Cox - May 2009
Lynn Cox was selected by The Fitness Edge training staff as client of the month for May 2009. Lynn Cox trains with Wayne Hawkins and has for many years. Lynn is the perfect example of a client who came in without a weight problem but with a desire to live a better, healthier life. Lynn has maintained her weight and her health throughout her time at The Fitness Edge and is always willing to do what her trainer tells her in order to continue her success and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. Congratulations Lynn! |

Renee VanHorn - April 2009
Renee Van Horn was selected by the training staff at The Fitness Edge as client of the month for April 2009. Renee trains with Maureen McDermott and has been a client of The Fitness Edge for 7 years. During that time, Renee has lost a total of 35 pounds, 30 inches and decreased her body fat by 16%. She is dedicated to fitness and continues to push herself as well as learn all she can about fitness and nutrition. She is a perfect example of when you do proper nutrition, cardio and strength training you will have the body of your dreams. Renee chose to run her very first marathon as a 31 mile Ultra Marathon where she place 3rd. Her first “road marathon” was in Memphis where she qualified for the Boston Marathon. Renee is always motivated and up for a challenge. She is always willing to get out of her comfort zone and is a true joy to train. |
