Personal Training

All personal training sessions are by appointment only. We do not charge club memberships or initiation fees.

Your personalized workout plan begins with a comprehensive fitness evaluation. The results are used to develop a safe and effective program to help you attain your fitness goals.

Workout Programs

GENERAL STRENGTH, FITNESS AND HEALTH

A customized program designed to improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination and cardiovascular capabilities.

Sports Specific

This method of training will help you develop and excel at your chosen sport by enhancing your speed, agility, balance, flexibility and performance.

Pregnancy

Designed in conjunction with your doctor, this program is targeted at improving your overall fitness and health while taking into account the special needs of the pregnant woman.

Medical Specific

We will consult with your Physician/Physical Therapist to address any special medical needs including osteoporosis, recovery from surgery, or physical rehabilitation.

Youth Specific

Preparing and conditioning youths on the road to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

This program can be combined with sports specific conditioning.

CUSTOM CARDIOVASCULAR PROGRAMS

Specific to your level of fitness to help burn body fat, decrease recovery time, lower your resting heart rate and assist in increasing your overall training volume.

Nutrition

Proper nutrition in conjunction with your personal training program and customized cardiovascular program is a successful combination for both weight management and athletic performance.

Nutrition counseling is included in your initial Fitness Evaluation and subsequent follow-up sessions.

We will develop a balanced and effective personalized plan based on your specific goals.
