Small Group Fitness
Reap the benefits of Personal Training while enjoying a dynamic varied workout that is challenging and brings people together with similar interests and goals.
Get the same attention and improvements in strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination and cardiovascular capabilities like working with a personal trainer, but at a less expensive cost and with the fun of a small group. Groups consist of 4-6 clients participating in an action-packed 45-minute workout that is strength and cardiovascular specific.

Get that metabolic boost your body craves!
It's time to kick the metabolism in gear. Enjoy full body workouts with high intensity interval training. These workouts will focus on circuits of short burst, high intensity functional movements. Studies have proven that this type of training results in metabolic and hormonal changes that bring about dramatic changes in body composition.
Sessions are held on Monday's and Wednesday's at 6:00 am and on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 8:15 am. Classes are 45 minutes in length. Intro To Body Blast will be held on Friday's at 8:15 am. This session will prepare you for the Body Blast classes. |

Spin towards your goal! Get lean with this 45 minute low-impact yet high intensity interval Spinning Class. Classes are held on Saturday's at 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Please bring a water bottle to class. Led by Tina Simmons. |
The Yoga Edge
Stretch your way to a better day!
Improve flexibility, balance and core strength with this 60 minutes of Yoga poses and general stretching exercises. Classes are held on Saturday's from 10 am – 11 am. Please bring your yoga matt and a water bottle. Led by Tina Simmons.
