Training Philosophy:

  • I want my clients to have an experience that is both functional and fun. Whatever they are training for, I want to make sure that they are motivated and excited to train in order to attain their goals. And, I make sure to transfer my enthusiasm for training to them so they can see the results of all the hard work they put into their work out.

Favorite Fitness Tip:

  • Diet is key when it comes to training. Just like a car, if you do not fuel your car or put the wrong fuel in it, it will run poorly. So fuel your body correctly with enough of the right nutrients to perform at your best.

I became a Trainer because:

  • I changed my life by working out, so I wanted to help others change theirs.

  • My Hobbies include Studying for my career, Weight lifting/bodybuilding
  • My Favorite Movie is Die Hard, Jaws, Tommy Boy & Jurassic Park
