Group Training
Our semi-private personal training program provides the same benefits as private sessions. You will experience a dynamic fitness program that is motivating and will push you to perform at your best. In the Group Training program, you will achieve improvements in strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination and cardiovascular capabilities.
